The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, resourcing, planning, and tracking our delivery projects while also supporting the Project Office (PMO) function with commercial, resource, and progress reporting. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple projects concurrently following Kinsmen Group procedures and project methodology.

• Directs project planning, cost estimating, and implementation decisions.

• Prepares proposals and related documentation to assist in seeking new business.

• Creates project schedules, charters, registers, and all other related artefacts.

• Tracks project performance related to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

• Communicates project progress and tracks issues through resolution to project stakeholders (project team,

customers, and management.)

• Manages project scope and project risks with support from the PMO.

• Supports resource management with project selection and capacity planning.

• Assists in gathering and documenting project requirements where appropriate.

• Ensures project quality is maintained and the customer accepts deliverables.

• Ensures adherence to company quality standards and any standards associated with the project.

• Performs administrative tasks on time and verifies that the information provided is accurate and complete.

• Consistently completes tasks on schedule or ahead of schedule and completes tasks within budget.

• Evaluates and makes recommendations concerning Kinsmen Group procedures.

• Proactively keeps skills up to date within the boundaries of departmental budget and time constraints

Experience and Education Requirements

• Experienced project manager with referenceable experience in software delivery

• Some experience managing projects within a formal project delivery lifecycle.

• Some experience dealing with external customers.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Ability to motivate local and remote project teams.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Some experience in requirements gathering and analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all members of

Kinsmen Group and the customer organization.

• Fluent in the English language.

• Solid problem-solving skills.

• Must be a team player.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated.

• Ability to travel 20% of the time.

• Knowledge of content management solutions and engineering processes is advantageous.
