Our client is one of the best-known providers of fire safety and security solutions across the globe, protecting their clients worldwide for many years. From design and installation to service and monitoring, they do it all 365 days per year. They are now looking to recruit 6 ambitious graduates across the UK who are looking to kick-start their sales careers with a graduate role that offers market-leading levels of development and progression.

What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?

Working as a Graduate Sales Associate, you will initially be enrolled on a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification, fully accredited sales training, and the equivalent of a foundation degree in business-to-business sales. Within the role itself, you will:

  • Identify new client opportunities and growth initiatives
  • Lead qualification of inbound enquiries, customer research and rapport building
  • Book new business opportunities for experienced team members
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectives
  • Sell to a broad range of decision makers - from independent businesses to enterprise
  • Proactively work across sales channels to maximise cross-selling with existing clients

Those that are successful in this role could see promotion opportunities come as soon as the 12-month mark, either into further internal or external sales roles, including Sales Management.

  • £27,500 base salary
  • £32,000 OTE (Uncapped)
