Are you a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for providing exceptional 1:1 support? One of our boutique law firm clients is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is a permanent full-time role working 5 days a week (9:30am-18:00pm) in their office, which is a walkable distance from Charing Cross station! Paying a competitive salary DOE.
You will be providing 1:1 direct support to the Founding Partner and your duties will include:
- Extensive diary and inbox management.
- Ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Various secretarial tasks such as managing diaries and inboxes.
- Assisting with billing matters.
- Formatting documents.
- Arranging travel itineraries.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-sufficient, flexible, thrives under pressure, and has at least 4 years of EA experience with some demonstrable experience within a law firm!
