Corporate Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid based in either Atlanta or London area

We are the retained partner to a global technology organisation with revenues of over 5b EUR and 25,000 employees.
The organisation has 5 divisions that feed up to the Corporate business unit. The solutions portfolio is vast across hardware, software and sensor and the organisation sells in to many verticals including aerospace, automotive, agriculture, marine, defence, mining etc
Position Overview:
The Corporate Brand Manager is an integral member of the Corporate Marketing team, managing initiatives that help establish and protect the brand identity globally. Working closely with corporate marketing, legal, and divisional marketing teams, this person will lead brand initiatives for the enterprise, including the rollout of a new brand identity and an annual brand health study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand initiatives: Lead the rollout of high visibility brand initiatives, including the brand refresh and brand portal
- Brand assessment: Spearhead the annual brand assessment to measure brand effectiveness, perception and health
- Brand guardian: Act as the day-to-day lead on all questions and initiatives regarding the consistency of our brand, ensuring guidelines are updated and brand standards are being followed
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our divisional marketers to address any branding concerns or challenges
- Brand inventory: Maintain and manage brand inventory
- Brand guidelines and governance : Refine brand integration guidelines and governance and support ongoing integration projects
- Brand architecture: Work with Corporate Marketing and Divisional Marketing leadership on a brand architecture strategy, and implement and enforce brand architecture decisions across regions, sub-brands and partners
- Trademark management: Manage trademark policy and maintain a portfolio of corporate trademarks
- MarTech management: Manage brand martech including our DAM (Bynder), Ciloo POD, Adobe Stock and Corporate font licenses
- Brand strategy: Communicate regularly with corporate and divisional teams to ensure all brand strategy is aligned to business needs and applied correctly
Qualifications:
- proven experience within a corporate brand management role
- ideally experience within a b2b technology organisation
- experience of working for a global, multinational organisation within a matrix environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Extremely organized yet adaptable.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones (primarily GMT and EST)
