Join a dynamic and growing team at a leading accident repair centre dedicated to providing top-quality service and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. With a track record of delivering exceptional quality and solid dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled Front of House Receptionist to join their team. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring repair services. Working closely with the workshop staff and parts staff. As a Front of House, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Liaising with customers and assessing their vehicle repairs including detailed job cards for the repairs * Scheduling vehicles in for their repairs * Liaising with insurance providers to streamline the claims procedure, documenting and recording of any insurance information * Coordinate with the Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs * Relaying to customers of the status of the repairs on their vehicles * Ensure customers are consistently updated on the progress of their repairs and promptly address any inquiries or concerns they may have * Authorising repairs to be completed As a Front of House, you will have: * Previous experience in a Service/Parts role / similar role, preferably in the automotive industry * Proficient with AutoFlow * Strong communication skills * Knowledge of software systems (booking vehicles in) If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
