Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Design Program Manager to support international Human Interface (HI) design initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage design workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional user experiences across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, resourcing, and design priorities across global teams
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing on planning and execution
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and communication across time zones
• Track project health, identify risks, and ensure on-time design handoffs
• Improve processes for better efficiency and design quality

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in design or digital production management
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and global product workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across teams and time zones
• Passion for design and user-centered thinking
