What You\’ll Be Doing: Carrying out routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.Monitoring production lines to ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.Identifying and reporting any quality issues or non-conformances.Collaborating with production and technical teams to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.Maintaining accurate records to support traceability and compliance.Assisting with internal audits and supporting external inspections (e.g., BRC, SALSA, customer audits).Championing a culture of continuous improvement and food safety awareness.
