We’re working with a well-established UK-based certification and testing organisation based in the North West supporting global manufacturers of industrial equipment used in hazardous areas. They’re growing — and looking for Certification Engineers to join their technical team. Whether you have a background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, this is a chance to apply your skills in a highly specialised, safety-critical field. What You’ll Be Doing: Evaluating products for compliance under ATEX, IECEx, UKEX, and NRTL schemes Working closely with clients to guide them through certification Producing reports, technical files, and certification documents (Senior roles include mentoring and report review) Who It Suits: Engineers with experience in product design, development, testing or certification Those with a relevant degree/HND/HNC in electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering Clear communicators with strong attention to detail Experience with ATEX/IECEx?
