About the Role

We are recruiting a Senior Product Owner for Customer Identity in our Customer Data team, part of the Customer & Marketing Chief Data Office. You will lead enhancements to our cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) solution for customers, supporting digital, operational, marketing, and analytical use cases.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires a skilled data and change practitioner with strong business acumen. You will build effective stakeholder partnerships, maximize value from initiatives, and ensure the Customer Identity product delivers strategic benefits through a modern MDM solution.
Skills and Experience
- Experience leading change and product delivery in complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Strong curiosity and passion for data and technology solutions
- Understanding of data principles for operational, regulatory, and strategic use
- Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and define outcomes
