We are seeking Business Support Administrators who will sit within one of our regional offices and will work as part of a central ADS&T administration team. The Business Support Administrators will report to a Business Support Manager. Your purpose: This role involves providing essential business support, Early Careers, QSSE, and SPOC duties. Your responsibilities will adapt to business needs and may include but not limited to the following: Business Support- Direct queries to appropriate resources (Knowledge Hub, SPHERE, One Workplace, MyHR, etc.). Arrange travel (international, rail, car hire, hotels). Organize meetings, workshops, webinars, and conferences. Manage starters and leavers activities, document library, CVs, invoices, and purchase orders. Organize training courses and support business process compliance. General administrative duties.
