About the Company
Our Client is a quality focussed, Façade Contractor specialising in Design and Installation of Curtain Walling, Light-Weight Steel Framing Systems, Render, Brick Slips & External Wall Insulation Systems and Cladding for both New Build and Refurbishment Projects. They have established strong relationships with many of the well-known system suppliers and delivered projects for a variety of Clients including ISG, Willmott Dixon and Kier. Their head office is based in Essex although cover nationwide, scale dependent. With a stable turnover circa £30m, our client is expecting another growth year ahead, with a healthy pipeline already secured with both existing and new clients.
About the Role
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager accountable to the company Directors for the success of their projects in the London region. The Project Manager will be responsible to the client for the management of the projects and establish, monitor and report against the project controls, preparing biweekly and monthly status reports.
Duties:
- Management of production activity
- Management of contract values £1m to £6m
- Reports to the Construction Director
- Ensure that strategies and plans developed and implemented to grow the business in line with agreed regional business objectives
- Manage Client relationships
- Ensure the staff and labour are resourced effectively
