Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Part-time: 18 hours per week (term time only + 1 week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: D5-D9: £28,521 – £30,189 FTE – Pro-rata to £12,501 – £13,241 per annum

Please note that as this post will commence part way through the academic year (1 September to 31 August), the salary will be adjusted to reflect the remaining contracted days for the academic year.
Coombe Academy Trust seeks to appoint a diligent and committed HR administrator to support their busy Human Resources team. The role involves providing administrative support across various HR functions and is integral to the HR service to the Trust and its schools.
The ideal candidate will be a proficient administrator capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing needs. Experience in an HR setting and understanding of HR principles are desirable but training can be provided. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential.
