About the role
We’re looking for a Retail Expansion Lead - United Kingdom to drive the growth of our strategic real estate locations. You’ll source, negotiate, and launch new Bounce retail spaces, leading the entire lifecycle from lead generation to the final site setup, including overseeing construction and operational readiness. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Your responsibilities
- Real Estate Acquisition
- Identify and secure prime retail locations suitable for our strategic initiatives in the UK
- Actively network with real estate agencies, landlords, hotels, and commercial property owners
- Explore high-traffic areas to identify spaces
- Lead Generation & B2B Sales
- Conduct outbound sales, leveraging local marketing agencies to generate real estate leads
- Execute cold calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face outreach
- Site Evaluation & Negotiation
- Review and assess location viability, preparing detailed site reports
- Negotiate competitive lease terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Construction & Installation Oversight
- Confirm feasibility and prepare construction plans, blueprints, and video materials for design agency coordination
- Oversee the selection and management of local construction teams
- Handle installation of custom signage, lockers, cameras, internet, and security systems
Your Profile
- Native or deep local knowledge and connections within target cities
- Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales and real estate acquisition, ideally within small retail environments
- Construction knowledge with the capability to oversee physical installations
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel
- Demonstrated grit, agility, and a self-starter mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward
- Charismatic and persuasive in face-to-face engagements
- Self-starter who thrives in autonomous, results-driven roles
