Title: Freelance mid-weight UX Architect

Start Date: Monday 15th July

Duration: 6 months (with a great chance of extension)

Client: Global Digital Agency

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (client requests use of Umbrella, not Limited company)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-house on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; other days remote)

Location: Central East London

Maintaining Information Architecture (IA), navigation solutions, taxonomies, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with UI Designers.
Synthesising large amounts of information to identify critical insights.
Creating documentation and blueprints for strategists, designers, and developers.
Knowledge of platforms and Content Management System architecture.
Applying data-driven design, hypothesis creation, and personalisation.
Experience in human-centred design within the customer sector.
Occasionally hosting workshops, remotely and in person.
Proficiency in Office365, Figma, and using design systems.
Belonging to the Digital Experience team.
Experience with e-commerce is beneficial.
