The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to build strong pipelines of talent with a particular focus on client facing individuals across the U.K. and Ireland e.g. Wealth Managers, Financial Planners, Investment Managers and Portfolio Managers. They will support the growth of the Wealth Management Europe business by engaging with high caliber professionals and identifying candidates who align with our strategic ambitions.
What will you do?
- Partner with TA and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, particularly for roles in private banking, financial advisory and investment management.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract experienced professionals.
- Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive talent e.g. boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks etc.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Pre-screen and assess potential candidates for skill set, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Maintain and update candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and build reporting capabilities to track progress.
- Conduct market research and competitor mapping to support strategic talent acquisition decisions.
- Provide high quality experience to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience recruiting and/or sourcing client facing candidates within the wealth management or private banking industry.
- Strong understanding of roles in wealth management (e.g., Wealth Manager, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager, Investment Consultant).
- Experience using a variety of different sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or ATS/CRM tools e.g. Phenom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships both internally and with external talent.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft office, particularly excel to support reporting capabilities.
