The Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise & Skills is responsible for leading on many high profile projects and we are seeking to fill a key post within the Property Maintenance team. This role forms part of the Property Maintenance team who manage 350 commercial buildings across the whole borough and is specifically responsible for managing the Fabric element of our Term contract. We are looking for someone with an excellent track record as well as a desire to deliver high quality work across a truly unique and exciting London borough.
The role will:
- Report to our Fabric Manager
- Manage our Fabric Term contractor including:
- Checking of work completed
- Raising orders and disputes
- Approving invoices for payment
The role will include daily driving to sites in own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Experienced in Building Fabric Maintenance at a supervisory level. This should include the following:
- Internal fabric maintenance
- Building Structure
- Landscaping
- Drainage
- Plumbing
- Security of Closed buildings
