Project Manager (Hammersmith)

My client is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity based in Hammersmith, London for Residential Renovations (£300K-£750K value).

Project Manager: up to £70,000 basic starting ASAP. Interviewing Now.

You will be managing 2-3 projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones were met within scope and budget. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, reducing project costs.

You will have more than 5 years experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager. Be able to conduct client meetings, manage subcontractors, architects, interior designers etc.

The client is up and coming with growth plans to expand.
