Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Import/Export Clerk to join our friendly and proactive Client in Witham, Essex.Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.Key Benefits on offer:There is a great package which will be detailed at initial interview stage with Noble Recruiting.Permanent, Full time positionFree parking on sitePermanent role available at this company as they continue to expand with long term contracts being won.This company is looking for a bright enthusiastic individual who has had at least 5 years general forwarding experience especially in Exports.Your responsibilities include:Work according to the export process: including all country specific requirements i.e.Responsible for customer contactsAssist in supplier and customer queriesAssure timely billing as per company policyDeal with all aspects of ExportsDeal with all customer issuesProvide excellent customer serviceCorrect flow of documentationAble to work independently within the export processBe able to deal with all export shipments from start to finishKnows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditionsGood knowledge of computer system, and invoicingKnowledge and experience of Customs and documentationGood communication skillsAble to manage own working time effectivelyYou will need:Confident and outgoing individual.5 years general forwarding experience especially in Exports.Professional and confident telephone manner.Customs & Documentation experienceCustomer service experience.Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.Be able to organise and multi-task.Good time management skills.Driver with own transport is desirable.UK resident and the right to work in the UK.Important Notice: Noble Recruiting Limited, based in Billericay, Essex, is an equal opportunities employer.
