I have an immediate requirement for a seasoned EMEA Finance Director to join a London based International Contracting & Consulting business for an initial period of 6 months, supporting through a period of change.
This role is critical in delivering strategic and operational finance leadership across the EMEA region, with a focus on:
- Cost-out initiatives to drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.
- Cash and working capital improvement, ensuring robust forecasting and discipline.
- Commercial finance support for bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Driving contract profitability, identifying under-performance and supporting corrective action.
- Leading and influencing the team across a matrix organisation, building credibility and alignment across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience operating at Finance Director level within long-term contract environments across multiple geographies.
- Proven success within complex, international organisations.
- A strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of contract profitability and commercial finance.
- Experience in cash improvement and working capital optimisation.
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy, comfortable leading in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Available to work 5 days per week on-site in London.
