You’ll lead a small team, take ownership of first-line queries, and play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience.Why this role matters:The HR Shared Services function is the first point of contact for all people, policy, and employment queries. As Manager, you’ll be hands-on in resolving issues, managing escalations, and ensuring your team delivers a service that is accurate, timely, and employee-focused.
