Electrical Project Engineer

This position involves working on electrical, control, and instrumentation elements of various projects, collaborating with the project team to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and site staff to optimize work methods and maintain profitability.
• Review EC&I design elements and conduct risk assessments, design, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Manage works, liaise with contractors and clients, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct quality control and provide technical support.
• Develop specifications, schedules, and drawings for project equipment.
• Oversee project delivery from initial surveys to final handover, including documentation and testing.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to NICEIC and client standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years\’ experience in a relevant field, preferably in the UK water sector.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and practical electrical experience.
• Valid UK driving license; CSCS card and confined spaces training are preferable.
