About the role:

We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members – who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers' products picked and packed, and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. Now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Resource Planner to join our Planning team within Ocado Logistics.

As a Delivery Resource Planner, you will be responsible for planning delivery driver resources across multiple sites in the UK, supporting our delivery operations by ensuring the right resource is available at the right time. You’ll be working with a dedicated team that manages capacity, headcount, and short-to-medium-term planning projects.

You will be – Skills and responsibilities:

  • Use your communication and planning skills to manage accurate driver rosters across our network
  • Support key KPIs such as overtime and surplus, driving efficient headcount planning
  • Maintain accurate Time and Attendance data for delivery employees
  • Collaborate with Delivery Operations, CSTMs, Marshals, and Capacity & Sales teams to ensure resource alignment
  • Identify areas for cost saving and process improvement within planning operations

About you – Requirements to be considered:

  • Be highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong administrative or customer service background with excellent attention to detail
  • Be confident using MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Communicate clearly by phone and email and adapt your style for different audiences
  • Be flexible with working patterns across the week (including frequent weekends) as part of a rotating roster

Additional Info:

Interviews will be held via Google Meet and will follow a two-stage process. You can expect a mix of questions covering your work experience, technical knowledge, and behavioural scenarios, along with a great opportunity to learn more about the role.
