About the Firm

This client-focused firm, with offices in the Glasgow area, has moved into the next stage of its succession plan. Due to a recent restructure, it is currently seeking a Director to support its busy corporate team. The role is based in Glasgow city centre, with the firm operating a hybrid working model.

Role Overview

The corporate team provides advice to businesses of all sizes on various aspects of Corporate and Commercial activity, including:

1. The incorporation, purchase, and sale of Companies
2. Shareholders’ Agreements
3. Business and Asset acquisitions
4. The formation of Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships
5. The incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have between 2 years PQE and up to Partner level experience.
