Location: Anywhere in the USA, Caribbean, UK, Crown dependencies, Europe, or East Asia.

Experience: Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, from Senior Manager to Director and Partner.

General Requirements by Role:

• Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms.
• Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services.
• Specialization in areas such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, or transferee.
• Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is a plus.
• CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued.
• Experience in Tax Technology is welcome.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements.
• Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, and offshore M&A tax due diligence is a plus.
