We’re looking for an experienced Operations Support Analyst / Messaging Ops Support Engineer to join our growing team! Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Skype for Business, Mattermost/Symphony, MS Teams
• Strong knowledge of persistent chat platforms (Symphony/Mattermost essential)
• Familiarity with Cisco UC Suite (Teams, Jabber, WebEx)
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell a must)
• Monitoring tools like Splunk, SCOM
• Strong infrastructure knowledge to support messaging platforms
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, SQL, Networking, Linux, and Virtual Platforms
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills
• ITIL principles experience (certification a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting and managing Unified Communications platforms
• Handling escalations, infrastructure deployments, and production changes
• Collaborating with Architecture & Engineering teams
• Monitoring performance, capacity, and availability
• Providing on-call support as needed (nights/weekends)
