Transport Supervisor - Nights required for a leading UK Temperature Controlled Transport company in Suffolk. As an experienced Transport Supervisor you will have sound geographical knowledge and experience working with UK Transport at Night.

The Role:
- Oversee the nightly operations of the vehicle fleet, with support from 'on-call' fleet staff.
- Check in with drivers at the start of their shifts to confirm punctuality.
- Prepare and issue drivers' route sheets and ensure they collect the correct paperwork.
- Communicate job details to drivers and gather relevant updates or information.
- Liaise with customers to take orders and respond to transport-related queries.
- Create, update, and allocate jobs using the Transport Software system.
- Debrief returning drivers and review their completed paperwork.
- Record arrival times to ensure compliance with customer booking requirements.
- Monitor and report on Customer DOTs (Deliver On Time) with daily updates.
- Manage operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, and driver concerns.
- Check, scan, and label Proof of Delivery.
