As Pricing Manager, you’ll drive the delivery of the pricing strategy, oversee governance, and ensure competitive, fair, and profitable pricing across a diverse portfolio.What You’ll Do Manage and develop a team of pricing professionals.Lead pricing reviews, model governance, and improvement initiatives.Oversee pricing adequacy, performance metrics, and rating actions.Monitor market trends impacting pricing and underwriting.Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks. What You’ll Bring Fully/part-qualified Actuary, or degree in Maths/Statistics with relevant experience.Strong background in insurance pricing, GLMs, and modelling techniques.Experience managing pricing and portfolio analysts.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
