For Companies An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a mainstream primary school in Battersea SW11 on a full-time basis, starting asap.
The Role:
- Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to provide high-quality support
- Leading whole-class lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting small groups and individuals to enhance learning outcomes
- Assisting with planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Providing intervention support and assisting with assessments where necessary
The School is Looking for:
- A qualified HLTA with previous experience in a similar role
- Strong curriculum knowledge across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- A confident and proactive individual capable of leading lessons independently
- A passionate educator with excellent classroom management skills
