This IT Business Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce focused Business Analyst to join a global organisation who are passionate about ensuring a healthy work-life balance to enable the delivery of high quality solutions. In this role specifically, you will be bridging the gap between business needs and tech solutions, understanding & translating requirements into Salesforce solutions, implementation & management of applications, and optimising business processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Running workshops and observing users in action
- Determining the present and future business processes
- Facilitating the discussion of requirements among stakeholders and documenting requirements to provide data driven recommendations.
- Gathering intelligence from managers and operational staff to bring the true business needs to light.
- Gaining consensus of the real needs and map this to existing technology and tool support highlighting gaps and opportunities
- Analysis of data and how it is used by the stakeholders.
- Setting a shared vision and objectives and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Create a backlog or prioritised requirements from which to develop and test against
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and support training, roll out and adoption
Requirements:
- Experience leading Business Analysis for large-scale projects
- End to end software development lifecycle experience with at least 3 Salesforce Sales Cloud projects
- Understanding of pre-sales/quote process, PMO and PPM tools
- Proven experience in system replacement projects
- Knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Value Chains, requirements prioritisation techniques, and various elicitation techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Formal Business Analysis certifications/qualifications, Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Engagement, CPQ, or Certinia
- Implementation of any PPM tool
