What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining robust Java backend systems
• Collaborating on the Angular frontend (React may follow in future streams)
• Championing a test-first, iterative delivery approach
• Contributing to team discussions and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with Java backend development
• Solid full stack capability (Angular now, React later)
• A quality-first mindset with ownership of testing
• Clear, structured communication and a collaborative attitude

✅ Must-Haves

• Available to work onsite near Liverpool Street 2 days/week (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable constructively challenging delivery practices
• Able to communicate clearly and directly—no rambling!
