Zachary Daniels are recruiting a Coffee Shop Manager for a premium fast paced restaurant in Sutton-In-Ashfield. With a salary of up to £32,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.
With exciting opening plans for the rest of 2024 and 2025, our client is a giant in their industry, this is the best time to be part of their business. As a Coffee Shop Manager you will be passionate, fun, energetic, love leading from the front and being the face of the business.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your site.
- Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPIs.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
