We’re hiring an experienced Lead Clinician to join our dynamic Clinical & Wellbeing team. This is a senior role responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-aware clinical services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate clinical services based on EHCPs and individual needs
  • Deliver staff training and therapeutic consultation
  • Support local leadership and ensure high-quality, compliant care
  • Line manage assigned clinical staff
  • Promote proactive interventions and reduce crisis escalation

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified and registered Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, or Allied Health Professional
  • Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with complex needs
  • Skilled in evidence-based interventions and team leadership
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and safeguarding knowledge

Desirable

  • Line management experience
  • Additional leadership or clinical supervision training
