We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to build UnlikelyAI's marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a breakthrough neurosymbolic AI company founded by the creator of Amazon Alexa. You will wear multiple hats, combining product marketing expertise with generalist marketing skills to drive awareness, demand generation, and market education in the enterprise AI space. We are looking for someone excited to create from zero, not just optimise existing processes – someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and thinks boldly.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end marketing efforts for our cutting-edge neurosymbolic AI platform.
- Your work will shape how we position, launch, and grow in key enterprise verticals.
Your impact will include:
- Product Marketing & GTM
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging that sets us apart from traditional AI.
- Build personas, define use cases, and drive product launches.
- Partner closely with Solutions and Sales teams to enable success.
- Market Education & Thought Leadership
- Champion the benefits of neurosymbolic AI over LLMs.
- Create high-impact technical and thought leadership content.
- Demand Generation & Digital Strategy
- Drive content and digital marketing strategy across channels.
- Lead ABM campaigns, paid media, and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Optimise funnels, A/B test messaging, and track ROI.
- Brand, Comms & Content
- Shape our brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage PR, events, social media, and content calendar.
- Produce sales collateral, customer stories, and technical content.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software or AI/ML.
- Proven track record across both product marketing and demand generation.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (CTOs, engineers, data scientists).
- A strong grasp of enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
- Experience with ABM tools and strong analytical skills with LinkedIn Analytics and HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Data-driven mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving, startup-oriented approach.
Please see our Company Principles to understand the core things we value – in particular, we are looking for exceptional people who are willing to tackle some of the most difficult technical problems there are, in order to create something extraordinary with huge impact.
Location: We are currently operating a hybrid scheme with a small office near Holborn tube station available to anyone who wants to work there. We also have occasional team days where everyone meets face to face and days where people work heads down from home, communicating with colleagues using Slack and Zoom.
Compensation: Compensation will be through salary and generous share options. The company has a tax-efficient EMI share option scheme set up (not available to larger companies) which allows us to provide real exposure to the success of the company without taxes being due when they are paid.
Equal Opportunities: We are committed to having a truly diverse team where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic selves. We, therefore, do not discriminate in employment based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, political affiliation, disability, age, marital status, medical history, parental status or genetic information. Having a broad mix of people helps us to be the best we can.
