SEN Behaviour Buddy – Bournemouth Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our client SEN primary school in Bournemouth as SEN Behaviour Support Buddies. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to pupils with specific behavioural and emotional needs, helping them thrive in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Contract Details: Location: Bournemouth (Hampshire) Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time Pay Rate: Minimum £13.96 per hour Hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pmRequirements and Qualifications: A patient and understanding approach to supporting pupils with behavioural challenges. Strong communication skills to build trust and positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Enthusiasm for creating a calm and engaging environment for learning. A willingness to adapt and implement strategies to support individual needs. Self-reflective, with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn. Experience supporting children with behavioural needs is desirable.Eligibility: Right to work in the UK. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
