As an Account Director you will be responsible for leading the relationship with one of Brave Bison's biggest clients. You'll help to coordinate our work for that client across multiple social media platforms driving excellence in strategy, growth, and client management whilst finding new opportunities to elevate our partnership and drive incremental value. You'll work closely with our Content, Channel Management and Rights Management teams on strategy and delivery, ensuring goals are met and communicated effectively to the client.
Role & responsibilities:
- Client Growth: Set clear goals for every account on each platform. Set up performance tracking reporting system and ensure the progress is communicated to the wider teams. Deliver on client growth targets set for the year. Lead or oversee focused and productive client meetings with clear outcomes. Work closely with the Content team on testing and developing new formats. Manage client commercial relationship including accurate and timely forecasting and billing.
- Team Management: Set the tone for your team. Motivate and galvanise your team toward shared objectives. Lead effective 1:1s and appraisals. Ensure the team are hitting all publishing objectives.
- New Business Growth: Build strong, influential senior client relationships. Lead or oversee new business opportunities, managing the process, prospect relationship and delivery teams.
Qualification & skills requirements:
- At least 3 years working with content and/or audience development teams on the running of Social Media accounts.
- Excellent knowledge of YouTube, Meta and Snapchat from a publishing perspective.
- Excellent experience in managing relationships with key accounts.
- Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work and passionate about digital.
- A passion for analytics dashboards and a strong ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
