ESG REC is partnering with a promotional materials agency - seeking a Supply Chain & Sustainability Manager to lead global initiatives focused on transparency, ethical sourcing, ESG reporting, and licensee engagement across a dynamic and distributed network. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and wants to create measurable impact at both the strategic and operational level. This position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead global sustainability and supply chain strategy, including supplier compliance (EcoVadis, SEDEX, FSC, etc.)
- Oversee ESG data tracking, due diligence systems, and risk mitigation
- Support licensees with tools, training, and supplier engagement programs
- Manage Scope 3 emissions, traceability systems, and ESG reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement, operations, and client goals
Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain, environmental sciences or business
- Proven experience in sustainability, supply chain, or procurement
- Strong understanding of ESG, ethical sourcing, and compliance frameworks
- Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability reporting
- Proficient with platforms like SAP, NetSuite, and EcoVadis
- Experience in FMCG, merchandise, apparel, or retail is a plus
