We are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to join a Parking Appeal Team. Successful applicants will assist in the reduction of representations and knowledge of School Street representations would be beneficial. Officers are required to eventually produce a minimum of 30 representations, once fully trained the officer will be expected to review charge certificates, respond to emails and take phone calls, these tasks are on a rota. Officers are expected to work 3 days in the office and two days from home.
