Are you a natural at building rapport, closing deals, and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors in the Essex area to join a high-performing, rapidly growing car finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage warm leads and turn customer interest into finance deals
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored car finance solutions
• Build trusted relationships with customers, dealerships, and lenders
• Be the customer’s go-to from first call to final handshake
• Hit your targets and enjoy the buzz of team wins and incentives

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-driven mindset – you're motivated by goals and love a challenge
• Experience in fast-paced sales
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner
• Organised, resilient, and ready to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders

Working Hours:

• Rotating shifts: 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, with one late shift per week (10:00–19:00)
• 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with a weekday off in lie
