We can provide the right educators to span the whole course of a pupil’s learning journey, from tutors to learning support workers, mentors and SEND specialists. Role Overview: As an Outreach Tutor, you will work closely with students who require a tailored approach due to complex needs or challenging circumstances. You will provide flexible, high-quality, 1:1 or small-group tutoring sessions in community settings, students' homes, or occasionally online. This role is ideal for a compassionate, resilient, and creative educator who thrives on building trusting relationships and adapting teaching methods to meet each student's unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized tutoring sessions aligned with each student’s learning goals, often supporting core subjects like English, math, and science. Adapt and differentiate lesson plans to engage students with SEN or emotional/behavioural challenges, including ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, anxiety, and other learning or developmental needs.
