Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Reablement Team – Wiltshire Location: Wiltshire Pay Rate: £36.54 per hour About the Role: Liquid Personnel is hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the dynamic Reablement Team in Wiltshire, where you\’ll empower individuals to regain independence and thrive in their daily lives. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will work proactively with individuals in their homes to enhance independence, promote well-being, and reduce long-term care needs. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and collaborate with individuals and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans that support their personal goals.
