Your Role
As a Lead or Principal Consultant, you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be central to problem identification and solution discovery, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions to help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-level and detailed solution design artifacts, lead validation for testing, and support activities related to implementation, enhancements, and deployments.
- Validate requirements with product offerings and coordinate with stakeholders for product customization.
- Engage with key stakeholders, applying your Kronos domain and technical expertise across project stages including requirements elicitation, application architecture, and design.
- Responsible for creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), high-level design artifacts, and detailed solution designs.
- Interface with stakeholders, applying UKG domain and technical skills across project phases including requirements gathering, architecture, and design.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least X+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support of Kronos WFD applications.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions, with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
- Knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as accruals, attendance tracking, compliance, employee self-service, leave management, overtime, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity monitoring, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central applications in implementation, development, and support roles.
