Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in the Dorset Area. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for helping to design screw pile calculations, structural analysis, and engineering designs for various projects that include the following elements:

Drafting for quotation and finalising screw pile foundation – typically to include RC Slabs, Ground Beams, Steel Ring Beams, Timber Ring Beams and underpinning solutions.

Some site visits required.

Qualifications and Skillls required

• Calculations and Structural Analysis skills
• Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Civil Engineering (near Chartered Engineer) or related field
• Able to work to tight time schedules
• Able to work autonomously
• Able to drive
