What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and executing comprehensive contract negotiations.
- Driving the bidding process, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely proposal generation.
- Managing the entire contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeout procedures.
- Ensuring stringent compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS.
- Proactively identifying and developing strategies for risk mitigation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters, providing guidance to internal teams and liaising with external clients.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on contract status, key risks, and significant issues.
- Managing and resolving contract disputes in collaboration with legal and relevant departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven commercial experience within a defence environment.
- Extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalising diverse contracts and agreements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex contracts concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

Important Information:
Candidates must be British Citizens and eligible for Government Security Clearance (SC) due to the nature of the work. Dual nationals with British Citizenship will also be considered. Successful applicants will be required to undergo security vetting if not already cleared.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £63,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus a 21% annual salary bonus. The role offers a hybrid working model, based out of either Stevenage or Bristol.
