We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Video Marketing Manager with a strong background in videography to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a passionate content creator who excels at developing and executing video-led campaigns and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Proven experience in a creative role with a strong videography portfolio.
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Photography skills for event photography, headshots and PR photos.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to assess content performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with creating animations is an advantage but not a necessity.
- Competent user of Microsoft packages and Outlook.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the ideation, scripting, filming, and editing of engaging video content (e.g. brand campaigns, service line and sector promotions, social media videos, behind the scenes etc).
- Create content tailored for multi-platform use (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and digital teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
- Support events and campaigns with creative assets and ideas.
- Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into creative concepts.
- Manage and mentor a small creative team of graphic designers.
- Maintain quality control across all creative output and ensure timely delivery.
