Our Client, a legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm with offices spread throughout the country and overseas, is looking for senior lawyers to join them across numerous practice areas.
The firm was established almost 20 years ago as the UK’s leading ‘new model’ law firm. They are now an award-winning, AIM listed, Top 100 full-service firm with over 300 experienced lawyers averaging 22 years’ PQE gained at the country’s best law practices. Our client is also ranked by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 and has international presences over several locations, operating 23 practice areas across 17 sectors. They have recently posted turnover in excess of £40 million, much of which is revenue generated internally through cross referrals between their numerous teams.
Our client offers the unique opportunity for lawyers to earn up to 80% of the work they bill. Since formation in the early 2000s, many of the country’s leading lawyers have joined their ranks, realising there is a more desirable career path and earning many times more than they would as a Partner in a traditional law firm structure. As well as a very attractive remuneration package, our client also offers full support to their lawyers, which includes office space, impressive IT infrastructure, admin support and marketing assistance.
You will be given full autonomy to manage and grow your practice as you see fit, with the full support of the firm as outlined above. Essential to success is your ability to network, generate work and maintain client relationships. Full flexibility is given to all lawyers in that they can work from any location and choose how many hours they wish to bill. One phone call could be life changing!
