Job Description:

As an Interim Culture and Behavioural Change Lead, you will be part of the People and Culture team, responsible for defining and embedding new behaviours to support the company\’s strategic goals. Your duties include scoping new ways of working, role modelling, planning workshops, driving actions, and managing the change program.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a global matrix organization, with a track record of defining and embedding new cultures and behaviours.
• Strong change management and project management skills within people and culture change initiatives.
• Ability to start on short notice and commit to a 4-month duration.
