Job DescriptionYour new companyYour new job role will be working for a public sector organisation based in Liverpool who are dedicated to research and teaching in tropical medicine. Your new roleFacilities Management Ensuring the Facility is well maintained and a high standard of service delivery is received from the in-house maintenance team and specialist external contractorsResponsible for organising reactive maintenance and repair of HVAC, autoclaves and any specialist systemsResponsible for maintenance and repair of en-suite bathrooms, sinks and plumbed facilitiesCarry out planned preventive maintenance, inspections and testing of all facilities, plant, equipment and systems within HCFWith support from the HCF Administrator, day to day co-ordination of suppliers, contractors and staff, manage quotations and obtain approval to proceed from the Estates Manager/HCF Head of OperationsAssist the Facilities Manager with various administrative tasks including updating spreadsheets, maintaining space management information on the CAFM system, analysing helpdesk requests etc.Security and Fire MarshallOversee operation and maintenance of the controlled door access system, audit issue and return of door access proximity cards issued to staff, students and visitors and maintain the proximity card …
