About you:

As the Senior Sales & Reservations Executive, you will be a key player in supporting the Head of Sales to lead the reservations team. You will be responsible for maximising revenue by focusing on converting enquiries to confirmed reservations, driving covers, and exceeding targets through proactive sales. You should have excellent verbal and communication skills, as you will be managing all guest communication via email and phone. You will be working from our Head Office on Tottenham Court Road 5 days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating any unresolved issues to the Head of Sales or Operations Team.
  • Manage all booking enquiries from various channels, including Design My Night/Collins, phone, email, social media, promptly processing authentications and deposits.
  • Maintain accurate booking diaries and floorplans and ensure clear, timely communication of booking details, guest requests, and any last-minute changes to venue staff and management.
  • Utilise end-of-night (EON) reports to reconcile bookings, amend discrepancies, and process refunds within the booking system (Design My Night/DMN).
  • Address and log all lost property enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our venues and offerings to provide accurate and helpful assistance to guests.
  • Maximise revenue and enhance guest satisfaction by proactively upselling venue facilities and pre-paid drinks packages.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively with colleagues within the department, venue staff, and management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our reservations processes to drive increased bookings.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable requests as directed by management.

  • Experience with Collins CRM system is highly desirable.

  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English to provide a professional and personable service.
