Troi Search are delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group in their search for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the team. The Senior QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality digital experience for The Gym Group's 1 million members, by leading quality assurance efforts across the mobile app and digital platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to uphold and improve testing standards, with a strong focus on maintaining and evolving their mobile app test automation framework built on Appium.
Key requirements:
- Hands-on expertise across both automation and functional exploratory testing
- Strong test planning skills and a quality-first mindset
- Solid experience using key QA tools to a high standard on Mobile Apps, including:
- Appium
- Playwright
- Postman (API Platform)
- Confluence for test and project documentation
- Continuous Integration tools
Bonus Points for experience with:
- An object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java
- Lighthouse for performance testing (scripting and CI integration)
- Sonar for security analysis (scripting and CI integration)
