- Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.

Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers\’ satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group\’s policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s).
Significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre construction through delivery to handover
- Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
- Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
- IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email as well as experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project
